We wear shoe covers, put down dust sheets and explain what we're doing in plain English. If we can fix something cheaply, we'll tell you.

No. Quotes are free, and for small jobs we can often give you a price over the phone.
Can you come out today?
We keep time free each day for urgent jobs like leaks and no hot water. Call us and we'll tell you honestly when we can get there.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Our engineers carry their Gas Safe ID cards, and we're happy for you to check our registration number.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months, and new boilers come with the manufacturer's warranty too.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer or card on completion. For bigger projects we'll agree stage payments with you up front.
